At Harney & Sons Fine Teas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-perishable merchandise and unopened tea products.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that tea tins are unopened and accessories are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Millerton warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
